I don’t want to freak anyone out, but I believe we need to pre-process issues and threats so we our brains don’t lock up when they happen.
People who survive are the ones that are willing to think the unthinkable.
— Ben Sherwood in The Survivors Club
In The Survivor’s Club, Ben Sherwood explores the stories and science of who lives and who dies. It’s a well written book that alternates between amazing survivor stories and fascinating info on what it takes to endure when others don’t.
Being willing to think the unthinkable is not about living in fear. To the contrary, if we are aware of our surroundings and anticipate potential problems, we can often avoid danger or at least avoid the fear and anxiety of indecision if something goes wrong.
Accepting and adapting to our circumstances can provide a firm footing from which we can work to protect ourselves and those we care about. Ignoring a threat because it’s too much to process only makes us more vulnerable.
It’s like defensive driving…watching for the person texting and driving in the car next to you or weaving in the lane coming at you.
I guess this would be defensive living.
I have this audio book converted into MP3. You may download it from my DropBox if you’d like to “borrow” it to listen.
The open borders crowd has exposed us to significant violence and homeland terrorism. While I don’t expect to see Taliban fighters roaming the streets of Gilmer, the potential for massive disruptions is steadily increasing.
12/12/2024 Update
In this episode of SRS, Sarah Adams exposes the hidden realities behind global security threats and government inaction. She discusses alarming intelligence gaps, Taliban funding, Al Qaeda’s evolving strategies, and the unsettling roles of China and Russia in shaping terrorist activities. Drawing from historical events like Benghazi, the conversation challenges listeners to rethink what’s being overlooked in today’s geopolitical landscape.
The discussion also highlights Hamza bin Laden’s influence, the challenges faced by abandoned allies, and the evolving nature of terrorist tactics. Through detailed analysis and candid reflections, Adams provides a nuanced perspective on the complexities of global and domestic security.
Key points
- The Taliban has funded the training of thousands of attackers…partially with misguided funding from the US State Department idiots.
- They are planning wide spread attacks against US us embassies in Europe and elsewhere.
- They have trained at least 1,000 fighters for an attack on the US homeland including suicide bombings and October 7th style attacks. Most if not all of those fighters are already here.
- Trump and the US capital are high on their target list.

What if there was a house-to-house October 7th type attack in 5-10 cities across the US on the same day?
This is a scenario that has been possible but seemed unlikely until now. The October 7th attack in Israel revealed the level of brutality people are willing to do, and they proudly filmed it for anyone willing to watch it to see.
Though it is difficult for us to even comprehend the minds of evil people, we should not underestimate their commitment to violence.
What has changed?
- We have funded and equipped the fighters either directly of by leaving equipment and training facilities for them in Afghanistan. They have top-of-the-line training facilities paid for by the US government.
- The U.S. government has set $287 million dollars (documented) to Taliban leaders in some twisted attempt to pay one side to fight the other. Bear in mind the budget for 9-11 was $500,000.
- Tens of thousands of fighters have already entered the United States.
- Organizations that typically do not comingle have united to fight a common enemy…US.
- Suni and Shia Muslim collaboration.
- Being funded by state sponsors.
- Being transported by drug cartels.
- A Taliban big-shot is in charge of the department that creates valid Afghan passports enabling fighters to freely travel to South America where they are added to the human trafficking pipeline to America.
- The US is completely unprepared to protect soft targets like the power grid and other infrastructure. Even if we don’t see an October 7th style attack, the potential for multiple coordinated attacks on soft targets is higher now than it’s ever been.
- Our country has become disconnected from common sense, and in many cases we are paying for these people to live in hotels while we provide them with food and cell phones.
Watch this preview of Shawn Ryan’s interview with Scott Mann about the unconventional warfare that may be coming to America.

This is one of the core threats that moves me to action….this is a big reason why I prep.
This is a long interview, but the meat of it starts at 20:20. Maybe play this in the background at 1.5X speed to take in the info while you’re doing something else.
Summary of the threat
Our enemies, that are typically at odds, are uniting around a cause: Attacking the United States.
Militant Migration into the United States
Fighting aged males have been entering the United States by the tens of thousands from all over the world.
These long-form interviews include some rabbit trails, but the depth of information can’t be found elsewhere.
Michael Yon has been nearly everywhere anything has been out of control around the world. He rambles a bit, but he has more first-hand information about the invasion of America than anyone else I know of.
Behind the Scenes of our foreign policy
This is an fascinating interview with a CIA targeter that explains our twisted foreign policy has become and how it may affect us here in the United States.
…and of course our government is funding the organizations that are committed to destroying us.
The United States has taken the idea of “the enemy of my enemy is my friend” way too far resulting in the funding and equipping of some awful people. We have completely lost our moral compass which is a big part of why I have adopted a “non-interventionist” point of view when it comes to foreign affairs. Since WW2 it is difficult to find a place in the world that’s better off after we’ve meddled in it.
Those chickens are coming home to roost.
As if terrorists are not enough…
Venezuela and other countries have emptied their prisons into the migration pipeline. They have exported mayhem to the United States. Moreover, the Biden administration has distributed them all around the country like someone planting land mines in their own front yard.
People who do not share our values or language are being supported by tax dollars in clusters all across the country.
